Brother & Sister

It's been one year. A year since I first saw Alan in the teasers of Strongest Mega Evolution, and I thought he looked like Sarha, like they could be related.
I was excited to see the first episodes, but... it wasn't that easy at first. Maybe you've seen, I drew Sarha upset, not getting along very well with him, and I think they didn't get along very well at first, at all. Sarha kept thinking he was never there before, so she didn't need him now, and he was a bit too quiet and cold. 
I was sad, cause I wanted Sarha to have the same kind of relationship with him than I have with my big brothers. 
But in Act III, seeing Alan's life in danger made me realize that Sarha didn't want to lose him, just after she finally found him. And also that they weren't that much different, they both care, they both want to protect. So I think Sarha started to... really care about him, and see him like a brother. 
That's why she's calling him big brother here, and he's surprised (I wondered if she should say "onii CHAN" or "onii SAN" but Sarha is not into formal stuff XD)

And as I was drawing this, I discovered this song www.youtube.com/watch?v=tnn2PX… sung by Alan's voice. And it touched me. And I was happy cause I started to really care about him - well, Sarha did ! I kinda... feel through her.

SO YEP. Here's Sarha and Alan.

I really do believe they have the same color scheme, but my colorings tend to be a lot more bright than the anime, more... saturated ? So I tried to make it work between my usual coloring and one close to the anime. But yeah, I really think they have similar hair/eyes/skin colors, only slightly different.

Now I'm off to sketch some more drawings of them, that I guess will be only on tumblr XP

[Oh by the way, I really don't like Alan's clothes in the anime so I changed them for this picture !]
